Code of Conduct
WE DO NOT HAVE A SET OF STANDARD BY-LAWS AS MOST CLUBS DO.. WE DO HOWEVER HAVE THE FOLLOWING CODE OF CONDUCT EACH MEMBER IS HELD TO. Pretty simple and straight forward.. no tough rules to abide by, no strict prospecting guidelines and so forth.

As stated we do not adhere to a specific set of By-Laws. We do however have some minimul expectations and rules for all members.
These rules form our Code of Conduct.
Discrimination of, or toward members is not tolerated.
All members will abide by State and Federal laws.
Members will follow the rules of the road.
All members will conduct themselves in a manner that shows only favoritism toward the club.
Members are required to wear and honor the club colors, and insignia.
All members are required to have fun and display a positive manner at all events.
All chapter members are required to submit a vote for officers during annual elections.
All members are required to submit the Membership fees prior to Induction Ceremony, or be passed over for active membership. (See: Fees and Funds Disbursment , Membership Section in Forum)

TERMINATION
Membership termination may result if member fails to adhere to the clubs CoC.
We have so few rules, it should not be required to terminate a membership for Code of Coduct Violations.
Unless fragrent violations are in evidence, all subject terminations shall undergo an evaluation and hearing, and a decision made only after such review.
All membership terminations are subject to the Chapter's Administrative Officers and /or Chapter President. |
