You will recieve a written copy of this agreement when and if you decide to join the Star 16 MTRA family of riders. It will need to be returned to the appropriate personell and initialed by the RCHR or Chap. Rep. before you are considered a member.   A complete registration packet will be shipped upon completeion of set guidelines and membership fees having been paid in full.   (For more Membership Fee Information please visit the Forum and read the Fee Structure carefully.)

This is not am online form, it is here just a referece and reminder of your commitment to our agreement..                                   Membership terms and Agreement: By affixing your initals and signature below, You have stated that you have read and agree to abide to the terms of this agreement. My membership in Star-16, NE, MTRA will remain in good standing so long as: Initials  ______ a.) I show, and grant, the acceptable level of respect to its members, officers, and colors. ______ b.) I actively remain a part of and participate in the organization, its events and its elections. ______ c.) I bring no shame or negative attention to the club and its members. ______ d.) I carry and harbor no ill feelings toward another member or officer, and resolve issues in a timely manner and with discretion. ______ e.) I show no outward aggresivenes to any member or individual while attending any club events. ______ f.) I remain felony free during my membership. ______ g.) I maintain a safe, legally registered and insured motorcycle, and abide by the Rules of the Road, and Code of Conduct. (Failure to show proof of insurance, registration and inspection to Road Captain on demand, can / will omit your participation in any given ride, at his discretion and is not negotiable). Failure to comply and/or show proof more than once..will result in membership review and possible suspension and / or termination. I furthur agree: to pay membership fees in full, before being granted membership status. to wear the Club Colors at all events sponsored and sanctioned by Star16-MTRA. to conduct myself in accordance with club rules and policies at all times. ******* to surender my motorcycle key to the Road Captain or his designated appointee in the event of excessive alcohol consumption, and to find alternative transportation. (This is for your safety and the continuity of the clubs responsibility to its members and their safety) Failure to do so will result in Membership Suspension and an Administrative Review. and lastly.. to promote fun, safety, good times, and cheer at all events.
